Nicole has had her hands in the wine industry since 2001. She currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Cakebread Cellars in Rutherford where she is responsible for leading the activities of the HR department. She holds the Professional in Human Resources certification, was a recipient of the 40 under 40 award from the Midlands Business Journal in 2012, and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management, Forbes HR Leadership Council, Wines, Vines, and HR, WineWomen, and is the Napa County representative for the Napa Valley Vintners on the citizens advisory committee for the Napa Valley Transportation Authority. Nicole resides in Napa with her husband and two children

Ruby Fontana is an Event Coordinator and Consultant for various Sonoma County hospitality businesses. Her extensive background in event production includes creating seamless and memorable events from weddings and gala dinners to multi-day conferences. She has worked with renowned Bay Area caterers such as Ramekins, Pascaline Fine Foods and Global Gourmet as well as handled public, private and internal events for Buena Vista Winery and other Boisset Collection companies. Ruby is a former performing and recording artist who now enjoys the laid-back wine country lifestyle with her husband and cat in Sonoma, California.

Olga Mosina is a freelance travel, food and wine writer. She first joined Wine Women as a volunteer guest blogger while working in DTC and marketing for two boutique Napa Valley wineries. Olga’s lifelong devotion to continued education has taken her from the hallowed halls of the Moscow State University and Duke University to Napa Valley Wine Academy for WSET Level 3 and to French Vin’cole for Sud de France Master-Level certificate. At Wine Women, she plans to focus on soft skills and other marketable skills development programs that will help members to advance their careers.

Lisette Smith is a personal financial advisor with The Advisory Group of San Francisco. She works with business owners and executives, including those in the wine, beer and spirits industries on their personal financial planning and investment. The Advisory Group also provides guidance to fiduciaries of 401k plans and endowments. Lisette is a CFP professional and has been providing financial advice for over two decades. She has also served as a succession consultant to business partnerships and family businesses, as well as providing mediation and conflict resolution services. Lisette holds an MBA from Boston University and a certificate in Mediation and Negotiation from the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.

Rebecca Stamey-White is a partner with Hinman & Carmichael LLP, a nationally-recognized boutique law firm representing the alcoholic beverage, hospitality and cannabis industries and their service providers. Rebecca helps her clients secure and maintain their required alcohol and cannabis licenses by providing licensing, production, distribution, sales, and marketing counsel and defending clients before alcohol regulatory bodies when their licenses are at risk. She is the practice leader for the firm’s marketing, e-commerce, and cannabis practices. She has a particular interest and experience structuring compliant sponsorships and events, marketing campaigns and promotions, e-commerce platforms, and complex route-to-market licensing strategies.

Prior to Hinman & Carmichael, Rebecca was an associate in the San Francisco litigation group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she worked on litigation involving constitutional challenges to state alcohol direct shipping restrictions and provided regulatory advice to California wine industry businesses, among other general litigation matters. Rebecca received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History & International Studies from Northwestern University and her juris doctor from Northwestern University School of Law.

Rebecca is also professional faculty at Sonoma State University’s School of Business and Economics, teaching Wine Law and Regulatory Issues at the Wine Business Institute. She is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences, law and business schools and continuing legal education programs on the latest legal issues in the alcoholic beverage and cannabis industries.

has been the Finance Director for Ram’s Gate Winery in Sonoma for more than three years. Prior to her tenure at Ram’s Gate, she also oversaw finances at Robert Craig Winery and served as Accounting Manager at Edna Valley Vineyard. Jackie served as CFO for Women for WineSense’s National Board of Directors, beginning in early 2007, in addition to participating on two of the Napa-Sonoma chapter’s roundtables, Human Resources and Finance & Accounting.  She has also served on the Napa-Sonoma Board of Directors recently as Secretary, then Treasurer, and finally, Professional Development Director. In between all these duties, Jackie has begun the introductory level of the Guild of Sommeliers.

Marcia has served as Creator-in-Chief for Cornucopia Creations, her marketing and graphic design firm, for 20 years. Current and past clients include large corporations, such as ClosetMaid, to small entrepreneurs, including gourmet chefs, wholesale manufacturers, contractors, CPAs, small wineries, bookkeepers, business coaches and sculptors. During the past five years, she served as Communications Director for the Napa-Sonoma Women for WineSense chapter and then Marketing Director. In addition to her marketing and design work, she hosts “The Morning Show” on Sonoma’s KSVY 91.3 FM radio on Mondays. She has been a past president and member of Business Network International (BNI) for more nearly eight years.

Chris has worked with Fortune 500 companies and has been the CEO of Marketing Made Simple/2Alibis LLC since 1999, with more than 25 years in advertising, media sales and marketing. Since the mid-90s, she has worked with wineries and hospitality-focused businesses to help them raise their visibility through web strategies, print advertising, PR and broadcast. Chris served as the president of the Napa-Sonoma Women for WineSense chapter from 2006-2015. She is a current member of SFSU Hospitality and Tourism Management department’s Advisory Board, and delivered the commencement speech in May 2012. She has an Advanced Certificate from WSET, and serves as the Brand Ambassador for Spann Vineyards.

Ellen is owner and vintner, with her husband Gary Luchtel, of Fortunati Vineyards in Napa, where they grow and make stunning wines including Chardonnay, Cabernet, Pinot Noir, Syrah and many others. Ellen is an active member of CANVAS, Napa Valley Vintners, Napa Valley Grapegrowers, Napa County Farm Bureau, Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley AVA and the Junior League of San Francisco. And she served as Membership Director of the Napa – Sonoma chapter of Women for WineSense for more than five years.
