Join us for a serene and soulful afternoon of mindfulness, connection, and wine at the stunning Manzanita Grove Vineyard, led by special guest Kate Messmer Jessup.

Known as The Mindfulness Coach of Napa Valley, Kate is the creator of the beloved Peace of Kate Happy Hour series. Her passion lies in helping people quiet the inner noise, cultivate self-awareness, and take compassionate steps toward a more peaceful, grounded life.

What to Expect:

• A Mindful Walk through the beautiful manzanita grove, vineyards, orchards, and gardens (4:45PM -5:15PM)
• A guided talk on self-love with practical tools to help deepen your inner connection
• A glass of Manzanita Grove Estate Wines and the chance to connect with fellow attendees on the patio (5:15PM – 6PM)

Please wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes—and keep in mind that the weather may be warm.
